How and when will I get paid?
Once you have been verified and provided us with your personal bank details, you will be paid within 48 hours after you have completed the shift. The money will be paid directly into your account. You can view past jobs and payments by logging on to your profile.
Wages are a flat rate regardless of the type of establishment. Wages per hour as follows:

What will happened if I accept a job and I do not show up?
Should you not show up for a shift, you will temporarily be banned from the server. We will contact you to clarify the reason for the “no show” and then decide whether we will keep you onboard depending on the circumstances.
How will I know where the accepted job is located?
You will receive a notification and email with the job location, date, time and any additional details. You can choose to accept the shift or decline
What do I wear?
Please dress in all black (presentable smart/casual clothes) unless specified otherwise by the employer.
How long will my shift be?
A minimum of 4 hours, maximum 8. You will receive all these details via email.
Can I accept more than one shift in a day?
Yes – provided the timing allows and the shifts do not interfere with on another.
How long will it take before I am verified?
Your profile will be reviewed, references will be contacted and you will be notified within 48 hours whether you have successfully been verified.
Can I choose which areas I would like to work in?
Yes – when creating your profile, you can select which areas you would prefer to work in. Please note that some shifts may require you to be at the location in as little as 2 hours. It is your responsibility to make your own way to the location and be on time.
Do I get tips?
Should there be tips owed to you, this will be arranged accordingly between you and the employer. SURV will not be liable for any costs involving tips.
Will transport be provided?
No – please insure you have your own transport to and from shifts. PLEASE BE ON TIME!
What if an establishment asks to employ me permanently?
This is entirely up to you. Should you choose to accept, please inform the SURV team. If your employer allows, you can still pick up extra shifts at other establishments with SURV if you wish, provided they do not interfere with shift times or your employer agreement.
What if the establishment asks me to come back privately?
We cannot ensure you will be paid the same wage, nor will SURV have any involvement in the agreement.
